If there’s a great big whacking hole in a public road, your best bet is probably to call in a cement mixer to plug it, right? Right. Well, someone presumably took that idea a little too literally recently over in Russia. Footage caught on a dashcam shows a mixer up ahead plummeting into a giant hole instead of filling it with liquid cement. How does that even happen? How long had the hole been there? Why is there an enormous hole that size in a road anyway???
