This is Jess. Jess is 38 weeks pregnant, and with twins. Jess is already into labor –  she has had contractions for 16 days, lost her mucus plug 14 times, is 4cm dilated and 70% effaced. But despite numerous false alarms, and virtually no sleep, the twins refuse to budge. Poor Jess looks like she is about to burst, but still the babies are holed up in her tummy.
