A trio of fishermen in Brazil stumbled across a giant yellow anaconda that’s believed to be more than 17ft long recently when they took their boat out onto a local river. The beast was swollen even larger than usual due to a recent feed. They chase after the reptile and harass it slightly by grabbing at its tail and poking it with an oar, which isn’t too clever. Or legal. In fact, it’s landed the three of them in hot water with environmental police. The snake was absolutely fine, though. And – luckily – so were the people!
