We’ve got some pretty incredible footage from a motorcyclist’s helmet camera for you here now. Driving north up San Diego 163, a biker drives into a crash scene where a young girl has flipped her car. He pulls over and, without thinking, goes to help. The girl is trapped in her car and there’s smoke coming form the engine – will it blow? Luckily the biker has a knife and cuts her free…
