Dutch airline KLM are keen to keep all of their passengers and their belongings very much together. That’s why there are so many signs up about it and reminders from staff. But they’ve gone beyond even that with their new idea… Sherlock the lost and found wonder dog! Specially trained and armed with a great nose, Sherlock acts as go-between between KLM staff and passengers who have just left items onboard.
