Boredom Bash
Cheryl Treadwell, a Florida mother struck upon a genius way to seek help in a terrible situation recently when she found herself in dire trouble. Held at knifepoint, along with her children, by her abusive boyfriend Ethan Nickerson, she – understandably – feared for her and her children’s lives. She wasn’t able to make a call to 911 or run for help. All she was allowed access to was the Pizza Hut app on her cellphone to order in food for her kids. It was her only chance and she seized it. In the ‘comments section’, she pleaded for help, hoping that Pizza Hut employees might see it and help. And they did.
