Rapper Snoop Dogg has found himself embroiled in a social media storm today after comments he made about transsexual Caitlyn Jenner on Instagram have seemingly offended half the internet. In a post made to celebrate the great community work of his pal Akon, he referred to Caitlyn (formerly Bruce) Jenner as a ‘science project’.
The post was still up as we wrote this, so far gaining 137,000 likes. So not everybody disagrees with the West Coast rap legend. Some people are saying that his comments are more a diss towards the media and what they consider to be news. Others, however, claim what he’s said was just flat-out transphobic.
