This is an upsetting story, but it’s got a happy ending, so don’t worry. Baby Chloe wasn’t wanted by her mother – for some reason. Her mom, clearly stressed, abandoned her in a shopping bag outside an apartment complex in south west Houston. Luckily, baby Chloe was fit and healthy and fever-free when she was discovered by a local dog walker. She’s now in the capable hands of a foster home while authorities look for suitable adoptive parents…
