We get used to how people look. It is always a shock when someone drastically changes their appearance. Remember that first time your uncle shaved off his beard? Or when your mum started wearing glasses? They seemed unfamiliar, and it took a while for us to get used to it.
So suppose a familiar bald person all of a sudden had hair? In today’s day and age, where hair transplants are relatively easily carried out, this possibility can become very real (think Elton John).
