Boredom Bash
Fancy getting your hands on a seriously cool piece of movie history that’s both an epic piece of memorabilia and an awesome machine? Sure you do! And now you can. The absolute beast that is the 1993 orange Toyota Supra from the first Furious move, The Fast & The Furious, is up for sale. You’ll remember the car from the big race at the end. It’s the garish Japanese monster driven by Paul Walker when he races Vin Diesel.
The car was specially built by the genius that is Eddie Paul from the Shark Shop in El Segundo, California. He’s got a great history of creating jaw-dropping vehicles for the silver screen and this heavy duty Supra’s got to be right up there with the best of them.
It’s got a 2JZ-GE 3.0L/220 HP inline-6 engine and 5-speed manual transmission, and has power augmented by twin Holley Performance nitrous oxide bottles that are mounted in the rear compartment (so it’s not got a lot of room inside!).
Here we see it at the 2015 Detroit Autorama. It’s expected to fetch anywhere between $150,000 and $200,00. So dig deep!
