This Boiler Repair Company’s Simple Act Of Kindness For Struggling New Parents Is So Touching!

Minnesota, USA. Maria and Jesse Hulscher have just had a baby. It’s the couple’s second child and he’s called Adler. He was born on 22 February. Now, Minnesota in February? It can get pretty cold. And this year it did. In fact, a snowstorm hit. Their boiler broke, money was a bit of an issue, but they called through to a repair firm. They have to find the money somehow…

They called a local firm called Magnuson Sheet Metal to see if they could send someone over fast to sort out the issue. A guy called Craig came over. And he helped them. He fixed the thing. Handed them the invoice… No charge. Where the amount should be? Just the words, “No charge – take care of the new baby.”

Jesse was overwhelmed. In his Facebook post he wrote this: “Can’t thank them enough for the great service, speedy response time and amazing technicians. Businesses like this earn customers for life!
