One day, and for no particular reason, young Bailey woke up completely unable to use her legs. What a frightening prospect, huh? Scared, her family rushed her to hospital. There, she spent a full eleven days with paralysis below the waist. She was extremely worried, of course, but her team of nurses helped reassure her and care for her and make her time there bearable. One nurse in particular really shone through as a guiding light. Her and Bailey struck up a real kinship…
