New mom Toni has given birth to a very special baby indeed. Hey, all moms think their baby is special, but Toni might actually have a case to prove that her seven week-old rugrat Cillian really is special… He’s not yet two months old and he can speak!

“He was so alert and making such good eye contact I decided to video him. You can tell my total shock when he came out with “hello”. If I hadn’t have videoed it I’m sure people wouldn’t have believed me. I don’t think I would have believed it myself!”
