Cops in Farmington, New Hampshire don’t mess about. They’re serious about the law. And they prove it day to day. When one dog owner was minding her own business and walking her pet pit bull terrier down the sidewalk, she suddenly noticed a cop approach her. He wanted a word. ‘Great’, she thought. ‘What have I done…?’ The cop was quick to tell her. She’d walked her dog perfectly and broken no laws. So why was he writing her up?!
