Somewhat incredibly, Bulgarian gymnast Boyanka Angelova was just 13 years of age when she performed this spellbinding ball routine at the Junior European Championships in Turin, Italy. And even more incredibly, her mesmerizing performance only earned her a silver medal! A sad note to the story is that Boyanka suffered some pretty painful back problems and has since had to retire from gymnastics. So let’s pay tribute to her by appreciating her immense skill!
