bam.li is one button played by the entire world at once. Tapping pushes your country up a live weekly leaderboard, and because the counters reset every Monday, a small country that organises can genuinely beat a large one that does not.
The Throne is the sharper half. Tap to claim it, and a world-clock starts counting how long you have held it, visible live to everyone. It keeps climbing until someone, somewhere, taps and takes it from you. There is no score to protect and nothing to unlock — just the timer, and the certainty that it ends.
Our verdict
The Throne is the better of the two. A single shared object that exactly one person on earth can hold at a time is a very old idea, and it still works.
