Flying can be a stressful deal. Hours stuck in a tiny cabin in the air with no air or legroom… And if you’re a businessman, you may have to make flights regularly, without a holiday at the end of it to console you. So you can see where frustrations creep in. But that doesn’t excuse being unnecessarily rude to the staff who work at the airport. Those folk are nice people just trying to do their jobs…
