Charlie the dog was abandoned on the side of the road in Los Angeles, California. Someone called a dog shelter and they picked him up. He had never had his long hair trimmed and it was entangled with burrs. The shelter he went to unfortunately has a high kill ratio. If he wasn’t adopted within a week, he was going to be put down.
