Johanne Astrid is a one of a kind. Somehow, though? Astrid had managed to leave a little in the tank and when the final came around? She totally KILLED it! Her prize? 250,000 Danish kroner. That’s about $30,000.
She said this after her historic win: “I hope I will get to play a lot of other places or get in a real band. I have not really thought about it, but I just know I have to play drums when I grow up!”
It’s pretty crazy when you consider that she was only born in 2006, but can jam out a tune like ‘Whole Lotta Love’ by Led Zeppelin that came out in October 1969. We’re still reeling from the fact that she’s just TEN!
