Boredom Bash
Two couples are sitting side-by-side in a restaurant. It’s Valentine’s Day and both pairs are obviously out to celebrate the big day. One couple are deep in conversation, looking at each other, smiling and laughing. The other are distracted. They keep looking over at the other couple. It’s quite obvious that the girl isn’t this man’s wife…
The second couple decide to ignore it – it’s none of their business, after all. But by the time their check comes, they know they can’t leave without doing something. When they spot the man head away from the table quickly to head to the gent’s, they scribble a note for him to read on his return. Which he duly does.
As soon as he read the letter, he became emotional and even shed a tear at the table. Here’s why:
