When North Olmstead Police Department cop Matt Beck pulled over a suspected drunk driver in a routine traffic stop, he never anticipated the drama that was about to unfold… Before he even got a chance to get out of his patrol car to approach the car he’d pulled over, the driver – Richard Solis, 54 – jumped out and wandered into traffic. Seriously. With cars whizzing all around, the officer darts onto the highway and drags Solis, kicking and screaming, back to safety. It’s pretty intense!
