You have to deal with a lot of things as a New York City cop. But one thing you certainly don’t want to have to think about is how to react when you catch a guy pleasuring himself on the street. You can’t just ignore it, but you don’t want to get to close… It could be a sticky situation! Model Pranksters are putting the boys in blue in that exact position here.
